Who We Are

Operion Financial started as a bookkeeping firm (under the name Price Family Bookkeeping) — and quickly became something more. As we worked with growing businesses, it became clear that clean books were only half the picture. The bigger impact came from the systems behind them: fixing what was broken, automating what didn't need a human touch, and building financial infrastructure that could scale.

That shift is baked into our name. Operion is a play on the word "operation" — because at our core, we're not just recording your financials, we're running the operations behind them.

Our logo itself reflects who we are as a company — the cross alongside Proverbs 27:23: “Be sure you know the condition of your flocks, give careful attention to your herds.” We're a Christian-led firm, and our values shape how we show up for every client. Our goal is simple: to be a light to the people we serve while stewarding their businesses' finances with the same diligence and care we'd want for our own.

I spent 7 years in corporate sales before starting the firm. In that time I worked with companies ranging from single-owner operations to organizations doing $300 million+ in revenue, across startups and established global corporations. That experience shaped how I think about business: what works, what doesn't, and what it actually takes to serve a client well.

After my father passed away suddenly in 2024, I reevaluated my career and felt drawn toward the accounting industry, specifically to start a bookkeeping firm. What I found early on was surprising: accounting in the U.S. is largely broken. More professionals are leaving the industry than entering it, demand keeps climbing, and customer service is usually the first thing to go. I heard the same complaints over and over — can't reach my provider, feel talked down to, no real partnership. Operion was designed around fixing exactly that. Client experience isn't an afterthought here; it's the whole point. We want to be a trusted partner, not just another service provider.

Today, we're grateful to serve businesses nationwide — and even more grateful for the relationships we’ve built along the way. As our team has grown, I've worked to hold everyone to the same standard I started with: client experience comes first, and long-term profit flows from the value we deliver. I believe the doors that have opened for us are tied to that posture.

Looking ahead, I'm excited for what the future holds. As a financial operations firm, we'll keep learning and adapting — always with the same goal: the best outcome for our clients, partners, and team members who make this work possible.
